FBX Import: Camera

Description and Purpose:
The FBX Import: Camera dialog is shown when you choose an FBX file to import in the Camera node. It allows you to choose which particular camera to import from the FBX file.

Please see the FBX Compatibility page for more information on how Camera nodes are imported.

Animation is only imported if you have the Animation module.

Settings:

  • Camera to import: This list shows all the cameras in the FBX file. Select the one you want to import from this list.
  • Animation stack to use: This list shows all the animation stacks/takes in the FBX file. If you don't want to import any animation select the Don't import animation item.

  • Set project start/end frames on import: If this is checked the project start and end frames are set to match those of the imported animation.

  • Cancel button: Click to cancel camera import.

  • OK button: Click this button to import the camera.

Back to FBX Reference

A single object or device in the node network which generates or modifies data and may accept input data or create output data or both, depending on its function. Nodes usually have their own settings which control the data they create or how they modify data passing through them. Nodes are connected together in a network to perform work in a network-based user interface. In Terragen 2 nodes are connected together to describe a scene.
