I radically modified a terrain file and a world file that I had downloaded from a member's web site, and I can't remember whose site it was. (The files were: volcanicater.ter and i_moon.tgw) The surface colors and atmosphere were drastically modifid to achieve the effect displayed in the image. The .ter and .tgw files were saved for contest purposes, and are available to anyone requesting them.

Post Processing consisted of using Paint Shop Pro (ver 6.0). The sun was softened, gamma corrected of .56 was applied to the entire scene, and a BURN of opacity/30 and density/55 were applied to various shadows in the scene. I also added a PSP Sparkle tube right in the center of the sun, which is NOT very obvious. I also added a planet and a shooting star, both of which were tubes within Paint Shop Pro.
