Refund Policy In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000[1] you have a period of seven working days from the day after your key file, which unlocks Terragen™, was sent to you in which to claim a full refund if you choose not to use the key file to unlock Terragen. Your purchase is deemed to be the provision of a service under the terms of the Regulations. After seven working days, or if you use the delivered key file to unlock Terragen, whichever is sooner, you no longer have the right to a refund.
