Did you know this?
https://www.wetransfer.com/

Here you can send large files (up to 2GB) per e-mail for free. The files are stored for about two weeks on their server and can be downloaded only by the receiver. As far as I know there is no security system, so files should be encrypted first if necessary. I tried it and it's very useful and easy to use.

Used this before when the ftp was down, used "logmein" to access my home computer and these guys to then send myself large emails. Works a treat!

Why would you send yourself large emails?  :o

It uses bit-torrent style of file transfer, and yes, you can send your file to multiple receivers
