Title: Temp folder on OSX (10.12.5)
Post by: sirio on June 12, 2017, 11:05:48 AM
Hi all,
I am unable to find any temp file in the temp folder, no matter it's the default one or another new I choose.
In Terragen3 I could find those files.

Do you face the same problem ? (osx only)

Thanks!
Sirio

Do you have "Automatically Save All Renders" enabled in Preferences in the Rendering section?

Hi,
Thanks, solved!

However:
The alpha file will be in the folder set for "automatic render output" and not for "temporary output files", that is where I initially expected the alpha to be.
The latter will always be empty as far as I've seen, no matter if you use the default one or a customer folder.

Cheers

Yes, actually "Temporary Output Files" may no longer have a purpose. You should not expect it to do anything for now.
