Title: 'Canyon Impression' a Workflow
Post by: Volker Harun on January 22, 2007, 09:53:16 AM
Hi,

I was asked quite often these days how I achieved the lighting and the surfaces in the render 'Canyon Impression'.

I hope that you will find usefull hints - and won't be dissapointed, about the simpleness of this render.

Thanks for the great job.  ;D It has to be put in the Sticky "TG2 learning center" of this section of the Forum. I had been touched when I saw your image on Rosity and your efforts to make this little tut are very appreciated :-)

Thank you.
Let me just add that this image, although simple (in the final result) is incredibly beautiful!
Cheers

I am particularly impressed by the look of the displacement along the overhangs on the left side, it looks very nice!

A few links in the PDF don't work. Links to 'this tutorial' do nothing for me.
