Would appreciate someone testing these TGOs to ensure they render correctly. :) Made with Blender so they can be distributed freely.
- Multiple ripe wheat strands.
- 5 Variations of flowering Pea Plants.
Please advise if you have any problems with them.
Very nice man, tryin out the wheat as I type and I have a comment. In my experience the sweet pea is a climbing vine like plant but I see from google they do grow as you made them. I'm going to try your textures on a vine to see how that looks. I figger combining 2 or 3 vines together I can get the colourful display my Mom always had at the front door.
EDIT
here's my wheat test
Thx for sharing. Playin' around with the wheat and it renders okay for me.
Thanks guys.
@Bobby - curious to see what you come up with.
Thanks for sharing masonspappy, curious to see what you made.

heh heh, so busy here I totally spaced that out..a sans truck with better direction on the wheat render...could be a wider spacing me thinks.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks - :)
Here's the Sweet Pea Vine test...could have/should have made the initial vines sparcer and smaller leaves but there's always next time. This also in addition to the grasses by Dune and Chris(1 each), I used Hetzen_Cobbles.tgc on the walkway. I had the arbour from another project, dunno who's it is but was a freebie as is often the case in my work.
That is a nice idea to use the Sweet Peas over the Arbor. Also, thank you for the goods masonspappy.
Are you, by any chance, colorblind, Bobby? ::) :P

In fact yes, what gave me away? It's why I have in the past used a lot of image maps who's colour can't e disputed. It's a hard curse for an artist and yet I've made a substantial part of my living from art....go figger.
Just think of it as Technicolor. ;)
Sorry, Bobby, I just had to... your arch is very colorful; bright blue and red.

Heh heh, no problem Ulco...actually the arch has yellow and purple ones on it as well but they're on the back side...I may redo that as a test as I made the ivy waaaay too dense to show the sweet peas properly and also the leaves(where the blooms go)are way too large. Makes the flowers out sized by twice.
Here's a more realistic size wise render...Sweet Peas are a small but fragrent flower, least wise the ones my Mom grew
Nicely done Bobby! :)

Nicely done Bobby! :)
Thanks...this time it worked out well.
Yeah, that's more like it!
A much better result.
So yup, size is important.....as a heads up I used the leaf and petals from the sweet peas but I took them into photoshop and made the into .tif w alpha images so I only needed to load the one. I could .rar up the .tifs and post them here if anyone is interested. Just ask.

Thanks for doing that!
Please bobby :)
I'll pack em up and post em here today
here y go..was a mix up on my part, here's the correct files...apologies
Bobby, I decided I liked your rendition of the sweet peas better than mine. So I've downsized them and increased population density. I like this better. Thanks!!! :)

Looks very good, I have the advantage of close up(around the front door)contact with them all my life till Mom passed on a decade ago, so had perhaps a better grip on the size....but nicely modelled on your part mason...nice job on the horse rescue.
That looks really good. Nice horse too. I only think you need to get the collar a texture (leatherlike), might as well be procedural.
Yet another -- a few adventurous sweet peas and fake stone testing -
In my area pink sweet peas are sown on the freeway margins by the highway department with other wild flowers. I see them often on roadside slopes as small vines among the long grasses.

What a nice thing to do for hiways, wish we did that here
awww.... the little flowers look so lonely.....
Thank you! I downloaded this a looong time ago, but never got into this forum until recently. Windows and other system upgrades and trials...sigh...thanks!
