TGD crashes when rendering scene with obj object

when i load an obj object and then render the scene TGD crashes. Any ideas? it crashes with preview render as well as final render

could you post a picture of your node set-up (may help us figure it out) or even better post the .tgd file along with the obj file.

A possible solution is to quadrangulate the mesh of the .obj object. This is a known bug of that import issue on TG2, if I'm not wrong.. some .obj models cause the application to crash

does TGD have a quadrangulate function? i will look in the manual to see but just thought i would ask anyways. as for the node setup see the following:

DOH!!!!    ok i am a tard today. i just read that link that states they are having issues with obj imports.
