very inventive scene but needs something identifiable like a character for sense of scale.

something Blue.

The low haze is actually the atmosphere`s node haze dropped to the ground level.
Much easier to get nice smooth foggie stuff instead of doing it with a cloud layer.
Depends on the scene, of course.
