The Lonely Standpipe
« on: May 06, 2017, 08:21:26 PM »
Big Horace the Hydrant enjoyed the solitude for the first year or so, but the feeling gradually built in him that his standpipe career wasn't as fulfilling as he had dreamed. He tried to renew his resolve, to be at the ready when the time came, (if it should ever come) but it dawned on him that some bureaucrat somewhere had just made a typographical mistake and sent him to serve in the Atlantic instead of Atlanta.

Thanks all,
Finally was able to make a somewhat surreal use of the nicely detailed scanned hydrant from Artec.
