Render bug

The "stone monoliths" on top of the mountain are cut off when rendering...
The spikes are a fake stone shader AFAIR.

Wow, that's pretty extreme. :D There does appear to be an issue with really significant displacement where the displacement may sometimes be cut off. It may be related to render tiles. Does your image render in sections? Does it get cut off if you render at lower resolution?

This image took about 30 hours to render and at least 24 of them on the sky section. It was rendered in tiles, and the cut off takes place at where two tiles meet. I'll try to render it in a significantly smaller size and let you know about the outcome of this.
