Tropical Island

This is my first try with the spherical camera. What do you think?

- Terrain created in WorldMachine.
- Sand and Sky are modified versions from NWDAStore
- Plants from Xfrog
- Water is a modified version of the Atlantic.tgc (Mr. Lamppost), taken of the Water Library in this forum.

Looks nice!
How do you want to improve? What do you have in mind for the final version?

I will try to add some wet sand and maybe some other little tweaks.

I loaded it into a viewer and there is noticeable tiling in the sand...you might want to break that up a bit, a Surface or Distribution shader will both do that...nice start.

A mountain peak would look nice. Something like this but smaller?

Use a crater shader on the top of the mountain. It does have a volcanic look.

I added the wet sand and I gave the volcano a try. No crater shader, just a lot of tries with an Alpine Fractal Shader.

Nice. Maybe make the water a bit more transparent so it doesn't look so deep at the edge of the beach.
