Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a period of seven working days from the day after your key file, which unlocks Terragen™, was sent to you in which to claim a full refund if you choose not to use the key file to unlock Terragen. Your purchase is deemed to be the provision of a service under the terms of the Regulations.

After seven working days, or if you use the delivered key file to unlock Terragen, whichever is sooner, you no longer have the right to a refund.

You can make a claim for a refund by sending a notice of cancellation to Planetside Software with the following information :


 - The name you registered with
- The email address the key file was sent to
- Your mailing address
- The full name of the person or organisation the refund should be payable to

Your refund will be made by check/cheque mailed to you within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation, providing the conditions outlined above have been met.

When you have made a claim for a refund under these terms you must delete or destroy the key file that was sent to you, along with any copies you may have made.
